How It Works
Collect & concentrate: draw your sample (use the Sensitive or Very Sensitive concentration kit for 10 mL or 100 mL samples).
Incubate: hold at 35–45°C (95–115°F) for the chosen time — 5, 7, or 9 hours depending on the sensitivity you need.
Develop: break the ampoule to release the contrast agent and wait about 15 minutes for full colour development.
Read: compare against the chart. Dark blue indicates a positive E. coli result.
